Education & Qualifications
Adam holds a Master’s degree in Governance and Sustainable Development from the University of Cape Coast and a Bachelors in Social Work from the University of Ghana.
Professional Experience
He is a member in good standing of the Project Management Institute, Ghana Chapter and brings extensive experience in leading interventions to deliver mental healthcare to rural, underserved communities in Ghana.
Role at BasicNeeds-Ghana
As the Head of Programmes, Adam leads the implementation of programme and projects, ensuring they are successfully implemented and aligned with organizational goals. His role also involves fostering strong partnerships with Local Government agencies and stakeholders, promoting transparency, accountability, and social inclusion. His role also includes strengthening the capacity of local partners and empowering people with lived experience of mental health conditions for self-representation and dialogue with District Assemblies for inclusion in the development priorities of the Assemblies.
