Request for quotation(s) for Printing assignment

BasicNeeds-Ghana is seeking quotations for a printing job to print Social and Behaviour Change Communication (SBCC) communication materials (Posters) meant to complement ongoing activities that seek to increase individual and public awareness and sensitivities, as well as care and support, for the Mental and Psychosocial Support Service (MHPSS) needs of vulnerable pregnant women living with HIV and TB, including survivors of Gender-Based Violence (GBV) and Intimate Partner Violence. It is also meant to increase advocacy for the integration of MHPSS in HIV/TB response and in maternal and child healthcare services.

Six posters produced are ready for printout for field testing, and final printouts for wide distribution.

The posters should preferably be in sticker form of A2 paper size of high-quality materials. The final prints should be devoid of smears, squeeze, and or tears.

Interested printers/ printer firms can submit their invoice(s) in sealed A4 size envelopes by hand delivery at the Front Desk/ Reception of BasicNeeds-Ghana offices in Tamale along the Tamale-Yapei Road, behind the office of Ghana Highways Authority, and almost opposite the entrance to the premises of the Tamale central campus of the University for Development Studies (UDS) or by e-mail to info@basicneedsghana.org. Each invoice must state the unit cost for printing six different posters of a minimum of 2000 copies each, totalling 12000 copies. The invoice must be in the company’s / firm’s logo/ trademark. The deadline for the submission of the bids is Thursday, 12^th March 2026 at 5.00pm (Ghana time).

Interested persons/ firms must be legally registered in Ghana to undertake such services/ assignments.
